PVCE EU and EEA Right of Withdrawal

Effective date: 10 September 2026

This notice applies if you subscribe to PVCE as a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area.

Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your PVCE subscription contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the subscription contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, send a clear statement that you are withdrawing to:

You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. You may also use the cancellation and withdrawal control provided in PVCE. It is enough to send your decision before the 14-day period ends.

What happens after withdrawal

If you withdraw, PVCE will refund payments received from you for the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being told of your decision. The refund will normally use the same payment method used for the original payment unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a refund fee.

PVCE offers eligible new subscribers a 14-day free trial. If you cancel or withdraw before that trial ends, no subscription payment is taken. If a payment was taken in error, it will be refunded as described above.

By choosing to begin using PVCE immediately, you expressly request access to the digital service during the withdrawal period. PVCE does not ask you to waive your withdrawal right merely to begin the free trial.

If you separately purchase a service without a free trial and expressly request performance during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal. PVCE will disclose this clearly before purchase if it ever applies.

Cancelling later

The statutory withdrawal right is separate from ordinary subscription cancellation. After the withdrawal period, you can still cancel at any time through the PVCE billing controls. Cancellation prevents future renewal and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period.
