PVCE Terms of Service
Effective date: 12 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of PVCE. Please read them together with the PVCE Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the PVCE US Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
1. About PVCE and these Terms
PVCE is operated by William Jalkner, operating PVCE, at S:t Göransgatan 95, 112 45 Stockholm, Sweden.
PVCE provides a personal performance companion and continuing record for competitive gamers. Features may include FACEIT match imports, Runs, Match Feel, history, Discord conversations, Google Calendar actions, routines, habits, Form, Patterns, correlations, experiments, reminders, and AI-assisted summaries and conversations.
By creating an account or using PVCE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 16 to use PVCE.
If you are below the age at which you can enter into a binding contract in your country, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use of PVCE where required by law.
You may not purchase a paid subscription unless you are legally able to enter into the purchase yourself or a parent or legal guardian has authorized the purchase and accepted responsibility for payment.
Optional health-data processing is governed by a separate consent and is not authorized merely by accepting these Terms. If applicable law requires parent or guardian authorization for particular processing, PVCE will obtain it before that processing begins.
PVCE may request reasonable confirmation that you meet these eligibility requirements. Accounts that do not meet them may be restricted or closed.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell PVCE about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it was caused by PVCE's failure to use reasonable security.
You may connect only accounts and data that belong to you or that you are lawfully authorized to use. Do not connect another player's FACEIT, Discord, Calendar, or other account without permission.
PVCE may send necessary account, security, billing, integration, and service communications. Marketing messages are optional where consent is required.
4. Connected services
PVCE may interact with third-party services such as FACEIT, Discord, Google Calendar, Stripe, and weather or infrastructure providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, data, and APIs are outside PVCE's control.
When you connect a service, you authorize PVCE to access and use the information and permissions shown during connection for the features you request. For Google Calendar, this may include reading calendar events and creating, updating, or deleting an event when you ask PVCE to do so. You can disconnect an integration at any time, but some information may remain in your PVCE record until you delete it unless the provider's rules require earlier deletion.
Oura and Strava connections are not currently active or offered to users. PVCE will not re-enable them until the applicable provider terms and agreements permit the intended product use.
5. AI-assisted service
PVCE is an AI-powered companion. AI is used to understand requests, select product tools, compose responses, summarize permitted information, and help identify possible Patterns or experiments. You are interacting with software, not a human coach or clinician.
AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. PVCE does not provide medical, mental-health, nutritional, legal, financial, or emergency services. Form, Patterns, correlations, experiments, and other outputs are informational. They are not diagnoses, prescriptions, promises of improved performance, or proof that one factor caused another.
Use your own judgment. Seek a qualified professional for medical or safety concerns. If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Team and coach access
Consumer accounts are private to the player. A coach, manager, team, parent, or other person may access a player's private record only through a specific PVCE permission flow and only within the permission the player or authorized guardian grants. A team pilot or professional deployment may be governed by a separate written agreement. These consumer Terms do not give a team ownership of a player's personal record.
6. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of messages, notes, Match Feel responses, plans, and other content you provide.
You give PVCE a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, structure, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service for you, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for restricted copies that must temporarily remain in backups or legal records.
PVCE does not claim ownership of your content and does not authorize it to be used to train a general-purpose AI model.
Feedback about PVCE may be used to improve the product without payment or attribution, provided it does not identify you or reveal your private content unless you agree otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law or another person's rights;
- access another person's account or data without authorization;
- use PVCE to harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive anyone;
- upload malware or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, permissions, or technical controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or systematically copy the service except where law expressly permits it;
- use PVCE to cheat in a game, automate prohibited gameplay, manipulate match integrity, or violate tournament, league, platform, or game rules;
- use outputs as a substitute for professional medical or emergency advice;
- probe the service in a way that risks other users or the reliability of PVCE; or
- use PVCE for a high-risk or legally significant decision about another person.
PVCE may investigate suspected abuse and proportionately restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
8. Subscription, trial, and payment
PVCE costs €17.99 per month for euro billing or US$19.99 per month for US-dollar billing, unless a different price or promotion is clearly shown before purchase. Prices presented to consumers include applicable VAT or sales tax where required, or the checkout clearly identifies tax before the order is placed.
Eligible new subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid monthly subscription begins automatically at the price shown at checkout. The subscription then renews each month until cancelled.
Stripe processes payments. You authorize PVCE and Stripe to charge the payment method on file for the subscription, taxes, and any amount clearly accepted at checkout.
You can cancel at any time through the billing controls in PVCE. Cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your PVCE account also cancels the associated subscription. Unless law requires otherwise, unused time in a billing period is not refunded.
PVCE may change the subscription price for a future renewal by giving reasonable advance notice and any notice required by law. A price change does not apply retroactively. You may cancel before it takes effect.
9. EU and EEA consumer withdrawal right
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the subscription contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Details and a model form appear in the PVCE EU Withdrawal Notice.
By choosing to start your free trial immediately, you request immediate access during the withdrawal period. Cancelling through the billing page during the free trial prevents the first charge. You may also exercise the statutory withdrawal right by emailing support@pvce.gg with an unambiguous statement. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer right.
10. Service changes and availability
PVCE is an early product and will change. Features, integrations, supported games, providers, limits, and presentation may be added, changed, suspended, or removed. PVCE will use reasonable care and provide notice where a material change adversely affects an active paid subscription, unless urgent security, legal, or provider action makes advance notice impractical.
PVCE does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a third-party integration will remain available. Planned maintenance, provider outages, beta features, and events outside reasonable control may affect the service.
11. PVCE intellectual property
PVCE and its software, design, branding, text, methods, and non-user content are owned by William Jalkner or licensed to PVCE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use PVCE for its intended purpose while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership.
Third-party game names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, PVCE is not sponsored by or affiliated with them.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using PVCE, cancel your subscription, and delete your account at any time.
PVCE may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay after reasonable notice, or use the service in a way that could harm another person or PVCE. Where appropriate, PVCE will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue or appeal. Immediate action may be taken for urgent safety, fraud, security, or legal reasons.
On termination, your right to use PVCE ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations already incurred, ownership, legal limitations, dispute terms, and necessary record retention, remain in effect.
13. Responsibility and mandatory consumer law
PVCE will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer guarantees.
PVCE is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of PVCE breaching these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. PVCE is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, was caused by information or instructions you supplied, or resulted from a third-party platform failure outside PVCE's reasonable control.
PVCE is supplied for personal consumer use. To the extent permitted by law, PVCE is not responsible for business losses, lost competitive opportunities, ranking or game results, or a decision made in reliance on an AI output. This does not reduce any right or remedy that mandatory consumer law gives you.
You remain responsible for your gameplay, health and safety decisions, account connections, and compliance with tournament, league, employer, team, and platform rules.
14. Privacy
The PVCE Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Optional health-data processing requires a separate consent where applicable and is not authorized merely by accepting these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
PVCE may update these Terms for legal, security, provider, or product reasons. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where possible. If a change requires new consent, PVCE will ask for it. Continued use after an effective date means acceptance only where the law permits that method; otherwise PVCE will obtain an express acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the mandatory protections and court rights provided by the law of your country.
Please contact support@pvce.gg first so we can try to resolve a problem directly. Swedish consumers may refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at arn.se. You may also bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025 and is not offered as a dispute channel.
