PVCE US Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: 13 September 2026
This policy supplements the PVCE Privacy Policy. It applies to “consumer health data” protected by US state consumer-health privacy laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law. It is intended to be linked clearly and separately from the general Privacy Policy wherever those laws require it.
PVCE is operated by William Jalkner, operating PVCE, at S:t Göransgatan 95, 112 45 Stockholm, Sweden.
1. Consumer health data PVCE may collect
Depending on the features you choose, consumer health data may include:
- sleep duration, timing, consistency, quality, and related observations;
- energy, mood, focus, stress, soreness, fatigue, recovery, and subjective check-ins;
- activity, exercise, training, routines, habits, and gaming load;
- height, weight, birth date, and age-related information;
- calendar information that reveals or relates to health, recovery, or training;
- approximate location when used to understand weather or activity context;
- information you include in conversations, notes, life context, goals, or debriefs that relates to physical or mental health;
- health or wellbeing information received from a provider you choose to connect, if and when that provider is supported and the intended use is authorized; and
- inferences or outputs derived from the information above, such as Form, recovery context, recurring Patterns, correlations, performance contexts, and suggested experiments.
Competitive gaming statistics are not inherently consumer health data. They may become consumer health data when PVCE combines or interprets them to identify a person's health, recovery, mood, stress, or physiological condition.
Oura and Strava integrations are not currently active or offered to users. PVCE does not maintain live user connections or collect new API data through them. PVCE will not enable them until the relevant provider rules and PVCE's agreements permit the intended use.
2. Sources of consumer health data
PVCE may collect consumer health data:
- directly from you through check-ins, Match Feel, conversations, notes, profile information, plans, and settings;
- from an integration you affirmatively choose to connect;
- from your calendar when you connect it and calendar content reveals health or training information;
- from product activity and gaming records when PVCE derives a health-related inference; and
- from calculations or AI-assisted features based on information already permitted for that purpose.
PVCE does not purchase consumer health data from data brokers.
3. Why PVCE collects and uses consumer health data
PVCE collects and uses consumer health data only for the purposes described at the time of consent, which may include:
- showing the information in your private record;
- calculating Form and organizing performance context;
- identifying possible recurring Patterns and correlations;
- personalizing conversations, summaries, reminders, and experiments;
- helping you compare gaming, schedule, routines, subjective state, and recovery context over time;
- carrying out an action you request;
- maintaining security, diagnosing a feature you used, and complying with law; and
- deleting, exporting, correcting, or otherwise administering your information at your request.
PVCE asks for affirmative consent before collecting or using consumer health data except where an applicable law permits processing necessary to provide a feature you requested. Consent to collect or use this information is separate from acceptance of the PVCE Terms.
PVCE does not use consumer health data to determine eligibility for employment, insurance, housing, credit, healthcare, or another legally significant opportunity. It is not used for advertising or to build an advertising profile.
4. Consumer health data PVCE shares
PVCE does not sell consumer health data.
PVCE may disclose the minimum consumer health data needed to processors that provide a requested feature or operate PVCE. Depending on your choices, the categories disclosed may include account identifiers, wellbeing and activity information, messages, calendar context, gaming context linked to wellbeing, approximate location, and health-related inferences.
Current categories of recipients are:

| Professional advisers or authorities | Address a legal, security, accounting, or regulatory requirement where disclosure is necessary |
Processors may use consumer health data only to provide contracted services to PVCE and must protect it under applicable agreements. PVCE will not share consumer health data with a separate third party for its own purpose without first obtaining any distinct authorization required by law.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
Subject to applicable law, you may:
- confirm whether PVCE is collecting, using, or sharing your consumer health data;
- access the consumer health data PVCE holds about you;
- obtain a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it has been shared where the law provides that right;
- correct inaccurate consumer health data;
- delete consumer health data, including by deleting your PVCE account;
- withdraw consent to collect, use, or share consumer health data; and
- appeal a refusal to act on your request.
You can use the privacy and integration controls in PVCE or email privacy@pvce.gg from your account email. Describe the right you want to exercise. PVCE may ask for proportionate information to verify identity and protect your account.
To appeal a decision, reply to the decision or email privacy@pvce.gg with the word Appeal and explain why you disagree. PVCE will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain any further complaint option available in your state.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. It stops PVCE from collecting new consumer health data or using retained consumer health data for product features, and pauses the product until consent is recorded again. Limited processing may continue where necessary to store or secure the information, fulfil your export or deletion request, demonstrate compliance, or meet applicable legal obligations. Your account, data export, account deletion and billing management remain available.
6. Deletion
When you validly request deletion, PVCE deletes covered consumer health data from the active product and instructs processors to delete it, subject to narrow legal exceptions. Data in protected backups is isolated from ordinary use and deleted or overwritten through the normal backup cycle. If a backup is restored, the deletion instruction is reapplied.
PVCE may retain only information that applicable law permits or requires, such as restricted billing records, security records needed to detect fraud, or evidence that a request was completed. Retained information is not used for ordinary product personalization.
7. No sale, advertising, or geofencing
PVCE does not sell consumer health data, use it for targeted advertising, or permit a processor to use it for those purposes. PVCE does not use geofencing around healthcare facilities to identify, track, collect from, or send messages or advertisements to consumers concerning health services.
8. Changes to this policy
PVCE may update this policy when its practices, providers, or applicable laws change. If a material change requires new consent, PVCE will obtain it before applying that change to previously collected consumer health data.
